We work on your project following these 5 simple steps.

Agreement Phase

  1. We will send you a Design Agreement that both sides sign remotely.
    We use the Adobe Digital Signing Programme for all our design agreements.

Design Phase

  1. We will hold a Design Consultation over Zoom. 
  2. The WordPress Theme approval.
    After the initial Design Consultation, based on your brief, we will present you with the WordPress Themes that we find most suitable for your business.
  3. Design of the landing page.
    When one Theme is approved, we will put a landing page mockup for you based on the brand colours and fonts and with the logo applied.
  4. Once reviewed and approved, we move onto the Development phase. 

Development Phase

  1. Receive a demo version.
    You will get a demo version of the website for review on our hosted server.
  2. Approval of the demo.
    The website with uploaded content and all necessary things, such as contact forms, pricing tables etc. will be ready for your revision and approval. 

Revision Process

  1. Revision request.
    You can ask for a revision of any page during the development phase. We will deliver a revision to the existing scope of work.
  2. We do not work on new feature requirements. Yes, we will indeed make small changes to the content.

Go Live Phase

  1. Once we finish all the revisions and you approve the website to go live, we will upload the new site to your domain, test everything on the live server and check if all works fine, making the site live.
